He pulled a 40 caliber handgun from inside the couch and shot officer moritz on the inner thigh of his left leg. 3 officer moritz then lunged towards mothershed to secure the weapon and another round was fired off at that time. That round struck mothershed in his own thigh causing some damage to his leg. 3 in addition to the attempted murder charges. Mothershed is accused of taking part in a Home Invasion that took place on south alice street in morningside on december 7th. Where a mother and son were tied up and forced to watch mothershed and his alleged accomplice assault a 19 year old man with special needs.
