Speaker, a little more than three months ago you tasked the committee on the House Administration with a great responsibility to undertake a comprehensive review of the training, policies, and mechanisms to guard against Sexual Harassment in the Congressional Workplace. R. 4924, the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 reform act, and immediately following that the House Resolution together respond to this great task.
