We know for all the countries around, europe was still our main partner. But its capacity is diminishing, particularly in the military sphere. Then theres europe as an ongoing venture. In the short run, theres the euro crisis, which is not over, by all means. And then theres the longer term question that seems to be about the european construction. In a funny way, europe has succeeded well enough so that cat loan yeah and scotland dont need countries, they can just have europe. Then theres the looming question of europes neighborhood, both northern, of which were very aware now, but slow to come to grips
