Department, the Police Department will do as good a job to maintain the information and accurate as possible. I think the point was made that when you focus on nonprohibited persons being able to not purchase ammunition. The reality is that we have a system that is broken nationwide and that in fact some of the horrible incidents that have occurred involve people that legally have the right to purchase and so thats why i think its really important for us as San Francisco to take this very responsible and balanced approach. The last thing i would say if you are using these kinds of weapons for sporting purposes and you are buying 500 rounds of ammunition, then, you should not be afraid of the chief of police knowing that in fact you are purchasing. I still dont understand why someone would need to buy more than five 500 rounds, its not illegal. The fact that police are aware of it should not be a problem. We have two items before us. I think it was a mistake painting over the bike lane and not improving stretches along slope. Another thing is i was wondering if they had considered taking down more trees because some of them had been mentioned possible hazards in the future. Since we are talking about Pedestrian Safety when we have the concert, i think we should already consider check to go see whether recs and parks have diligently taken care of those possible hazards. Like you said anybody that dies is going to sue the city. So needless to say, we need the money for other rea
