Reporting, the hiring process, training and staffing for the state agency has been accelerated by drought conditions. The field is already starting to dry out. We need that response capability right now. 60 days earlier than we normally would. Reporter for seasonal firefighters, the early start makes sense. But its still hard to get used to. Its really strange. And ive never experienced this early of a fire season in my entire career. Reporter the drought is also impacting the training since its difficult to practice firefighting without water. So the drills are set up so the well water goes back in to the ground. You couldnt skip using the water all together . No, were not able to. I need the muscle memory. If they need to water, they need the muscle memory to activate the nozzles and use them appropriately. President we had 459 School Employees across america arrested for Sexual Misconduct with the very children theyre supposed to be protecting and teaching and caring for. Thats more than one per day.
