Earlier this morning mayor muriel bowsers Office Released a preliminary readout of emergency calls and dispatch times to the incident. Debra alfarone takes us minute by minute through the metro tragedy. Reporter it started at 3 14 when metrorails unit 222 reported a debris fire on the tracks at gallery place. Five minutes later the Fire Department responded. At 3 22 the same train reported heavy smoke at Lenfant Plaza. 3 24, metro requested medical and fire units to Lenfant Plaza reporting some people could barely breathe. The first rescue unit arrives at the station seven minutes later. At 3 33, a caller on the stalled yellow line train reports the tunnel is filled with smoke. Of a uh60 blackhawk similar to this one were on a nighttime Training Mission when their helicopter went down in waters near Eglin Air Force base. Search and rescue crews have found aircraft debris and some human remains on a beach between pensacola and destin, florida. The crash happened during a routine Training Mission with a second helicopter that returned safely. Weather may have been a factor. The National Weather service had issue add dense fog advisory.
