Our former assistant general manager for operations retired, and tamar allan who is an engineer and shes been with bart for over 30 years has come into this role as being our assistant general manager for operations and engineering. We now participate with the International Systems supply association, issa, which is an International Maintenance and cleaning association that im sure city hall belongs to, the empire state belongs to. So now we have two Certification Programs that we have for our custodians and they love it. Our new employees, our continuing employees, love the fact that we have he will elevated the art of cleaning and maintenance and how important it is because it does set the tone for our riders.
