Now, everyone on the ground of the sprawling campus was ordered to shelter in place and teams from the military began a systemic search of building one, assisted by some Montgomery County police teams as well. Now, all 20 stories had to be searched. As you might imagine that did not happen quickly. It took almost four hours for shermgt in place to be the allclear being given.
