Four threeyear old keith scott died after being shot by police, in this charlotte, North Carolina parking lot on tuesday, that is not the being disputed. But a witness casting doubt on the official police story about who shot him and why. Police chief, says that officers looking for the subject, of a warrant noticed scott, with a weapon.
