On the 2600 block of 63rd avenue in east oakland. One neighbor shot this video of the male victim 71yearold Ronnie Armstrong taken to the hospital. He had been trying to help a woman and her dog were being attacked by one or two pit bulls. There was blood everywhere. From there i went back down the street. Reporter Oakland Animal Services says these two female pitbulls were found on the scene and their owner surrendered them to authorities. The director says it is unclear if one or both of dog attacked. Another dog belonging to the woman who was bitten was killed. Her dog was involved. She tried to break up the fight. And that is where she got injured. Her dog was killed. Her dog had a history. We had several concerns about her dog had been previously i was potentially dangerous. The woman was scheduled to surrender her dog on thursday but failed to do so. The female victim is a transient who comes with her dog looking for recyclables. Reporter the San Francisco Police Department has a string going. The police have reason to believe that they are under siege given this string of violent incidents including this one. Reporter from skyfox you can see that Numerous Police vehicles responded to the twin peaks western observation area. At 11 a. M. , an Sfpd Police Car sauce a suspicious vehicle with a person or persons who may have been casing the vehicles of people on twin peaks viewing the city. Officers were in the twin peaks area conducting an investigation. We are not releasing at this point what exactly led them to the suspect vehicle. Reporter soon thereafter, the suspect driver aggressively maneuvered the vehicle. During that process, it did strike another victim vehicle and attempted to run over an sfpd officer. Reporter soon after the confrontation, an ambulance stood by. Thankfully, in this case, the officer was not struck. Just a huge backup on the friday night a nightmare for drivers trying to get into the city. Again, all the resulting from an accidents on 101 where the dump truck collided with a muni bus and the truck overturned killing the driver. Two lanes of southbound 101 are shut down, two lanes open, drivers squeezing by and you can see this huge backup on this friday night. Another look at our drive time traffic map. You can see all the red there through San Francisco. Again, this suggests and shows a very, very slow commute from the bay bridge south on 101 and traffic is heading north in the other direction past the accident site because the medical examiner on scene and the wreckage is still on scene. Commuters were seen running because there was some type of disturbance. No details have been released and duties are run duty to reassure the public. People have been out and about since yesterday shopping and looking for black friday deals. We are life in livermore with where there are long lines at the outlets. This morning, traffic wasnt bad but im curious how it is now at noon. Reporter the long lines and crowds are getting bigger. Behind us is the Banana Republic store. The line is around the corner just to get inside the store. That line was not here one hour ago. The crowds are definitely growing. They are in the middle of a 31 hour stretch. This mall opened up yesterday and they will not close until 10 00 tonight. We are experience shoppers. Coming to the mall at 2 am required some preparation. We bought these cards for shopping on black friday. We usually plan on shopping and dont come home until 4 00 or five clock tomorrow night. We have been doing this for so long. It is fun
