City Council likely will vote April 13 on an infrastructure grant for a proposed $52 million apartment community near the Jacksonville International Airport.
Raleigh, North Carolina-based developer Aventon Companies LLC requested a $250,000 infrastructure grant from the city for drainage, sod, ditches and road base improvements to Ranch Road to support the 324-unit development, according to documents file with the legislation.
