President trump has arrived to assess the damage left in the wake of tropical storm, harvey. Before we bring you the latest from the president s visit, lets first touch on the latest concern for authorities. Just outside the city of houston, are the addicks and barker dams. Their reservoirs have now been pushed to capacity by the unrelenting rainfall, causing the dams to overspill. While that wont cause the dams to fail it will add to flooding in the areas close to the main river into houston.
