There was a budget book in your packetd and i will briefly go over that, get into the details and answer any questions that may come up. So i wanted to do excuse me. A little brief overview on the instructions and timelines from the Mayors Office that has been touched on previous meetings and a overview of. The review of the budget document before you, some of the changes in the budget, the departments proposal, and then open up for any discussion you may have. So heres a brief review of the timeline. Here we are on the eighth of february for potential action on the budget and due on the 21st and june 1 is when the mayors budget is due to the board of supervisors.
