Had been a peaceful protest, a protest against Fatal Police Shootings of black men this week in baton rouge, louisiana, and suburban st. Paul, minnesota. The gunman, who was not part of the demonstration, told the police that he was out to kill white people, especially White Police Officers after a standoff that landed for hours. Arrest illegal fireworks. An officer overheard someone talking about selling fireworks. The suspect walked our officer to another location, where two more individuals were waiting for the fireworks.
