As to where its going, we are expecting a vote in the house tomorrow and it looks like this should pass and should pass pretty easily. As far as the way the numbers are broken down, its about 36. 5 billion. Supplemental. A lot of that goes to the Disaster Relief fund. About 19 billion. Heres also 16 billion in Debt Forgiveness for the National Flood insurance program. Theres a little under 600 million for wildfire suppression. And theres also 1. 2 billion for nutrition assistance in puerto rico. The other part of this is that about 4. 9 billion will be transferred from the Disaster Relief fund to a loan program primarily for puerto rico. And your headline at cq. Com showing the total. 36. 5 billion is what house appropriators are releasing. It appears that that figure has gone up since last week. Wasnt it a 29 billion proposal last week . Thats right.
