This is an option for households who opt to move into the new units at the upper yard site. As folks might know, the site is currently being used by our department of homelessness and Supportive Housing as a vehicular triage center. Thats going to be in place until the end of this year, and the land and jurisdiction will transfer back to mohcd for development.
