The death of a milwaukee woman found in a Laundry Chute has been ruled accidental. Officials say 58yearold kaye powell was found last thursday in her home near 8th and clarke. Milwaukee police say a man with a lengthy arrest record is in custody once again after injuring an officer yesterday.
