The death of a milwaukee woman found in a Laundry Chute has been ruled accidental. Officials say 58yearold kaye powell was found last thursday in her home near 8th and clarke. The report released today says powells sister found her in the basement, stuck in the Laundry Chute face down. Toxicology results. Milwaukee police say a man with a lengthy arrest record is in custody once again after injuring an officer yesterday. The officer was on patrol near teutonia and center when the 25yearold suspect walked up to the squad and smashed the front passenger window with a metal pipe. Shards of glass sprayed the officer injuring his eyes. He was back on duty later that evening. The suspect now faces potential an officer and damage to property. They are currently placed with family members. im going to set a cash bond then in the amount of 1000. As condition to that bond she is not to have contact with the co defendant. Were told codefendant nance has already posted bond and is out of custody. The complaint says nance stated she has had several custom ers over to nat when combining the maximum sentences of the four charges, sparks faces just over 7 years and 30thousand dollars. He was arrested last month in milwaukee. Foerster faces anywhere between 15 to 30 years in federal prison if found guilty. In court today a judge denied him bond. Police say a video apparently showing a captive woman is fake of a 15yearold antigo girl. Kayla berg went missing two months before the video was posted online in 2009. Police say they only recently learned of the video and in a post late last night confirmed it is a fake and they have identified the people involved in its production.
