When it comes to hiring new employees , as more Companies Say that a candidates skills are more important than their experience, according to a new study from indeed, this trend is especially true in high wage positions that require college degrees. It found that two years ago, 66 of indeed job postings that required a bachelors degree also asked for a minimum amount of experience. But today, just 44 of these postings asked for any experience at all. The shift towards skills based hiring comes as online resources have made it easier to pick up new skills. W

Are being led by an outrageously bullish combination of stocks, that should not be going higher at the same time. Nobody wants to say it, but i dont know if i can recall a moment where we had such disparate stocks climbing together to new highs. You asked me a few weeks ago, i would have told you this combination today is not conceivable. That is what has happened. Dow getting another 350 points today, s p, record close.
