My inclination would be, i would want them to weigh in on this, so my inclination would be to forward it to the board where they will be, they will always have the option to continue it or to send it back to committee. Around the plaza rail, if you can picture this, then instead of there being 5 feet between the spaces, there would be 3 feet between the spaces. You did this historically speaking about nearly 30 years ago when you exempted 12 spaces around bart plaza at market and maupblt montgomery street. There is precedent here. In fact, youve granted exemptions in no less than 40 resolutions over the years for the street Artist Spaces so long as there wasnt a Public Safety problem, of course. That really is it. What i call the voices of ground, we decided to flip it and some stead of telling you what we want to see and i view my job and why he hired me with our conversations around providing services to schools because that is how i see the Central Support services being at a large comprehensive high school and also being in Central Offices and i have viewed my role of being in the support service to the schools and one of the things that we decided to do was to have the schools tell us what their needs were and then try to meet those needs to the best of our ability and so with the help of julie chan we kind of developed a criteria in terms of a just a very small, short questionnaire of what is your target population and what do you want to accomplish . What are your goals and how are you going to measure those and the accomplishment and it is not to replace the loss funding it is supplemental and so it is like, everybody has to dpet in the game and we felt that that was the best way to even

Discovering the taping system, was it lucky or inevitable, is this lecture. The whole story of the nixon tapes has been only partially told, taking years to gather and find out what happened. Since it is one of the most important factors in the watergate story, its important to get that history straight. And we are going to try to do that in a very summary fashion. Id like to remind you that other president s did tape, starting with Franklin Roosevelt who used when they first went to talking movies and had a soundtrack, he had a system that was put in the oval office that recorded.
