The work that you do mr. Fried as staff is incredible to see and to see San Francisco really utilize lafco in the way it can be as an agency. Thanks. And i would tend to agree with making sure that we have the proper prioritization of our projects as well. Although i do see value in the projects being asked of us or of your staff. There was something i wanted to add. Oh the contract with election system is i believe with secoy a i think its important that you go forward and tell you about the urgency and the contract lasts until a certain date so we cant act on changes until that contract is over unless we null that contract so that is important to look at so we have a sense how we might want to proceed because we could actually its possible to vote to kill the contract and move forward with a new system but given that might be challenging i think its important to know when that actual contract is finalized. Neighborhoods and we all acknowledge that, but from the procurement standpoint we have to first of all get the funding and get feedback from the Supervisors Office of what they really intended for the funding and then we have to fit that into our normal procurement schedule. So often times board of supervisors addbacks as wellintentioned take 34 months to fasttrack and this particular one, because we were fortunate to get a number of addbacks and greater amounts to put out notices of funding of availability for these various areas to try to fit the supervisors desires with the needs that we have identified for those communitis that were receiving the funding. So we have to go through the process. We tried to streamline it. Were trying to get the awards out the door, but quite frankly, it puts a lot of work on the staff, at a time that were also renewing contracts and as you see from the next item, were adding domestic cost of doing business.
