Hampden Medical Center gets township OK on its land development plan for 3-story office building, garage

The Hampden Township Board of Commissioners on Thursday night approved a final land development plan for Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center - Phase 2A, located at Wentworth Corporate Center on one lot, 43.941 acres. The plan calls for a three-story medical office building and a four-story garage.
The commissioners also approved a final subdivision and land development plan for 3820-3900 Market Street. It will consist of three lots covering 2.81 acres. The plan calls for three office buildings with a total of 11,250 square feet.

FLAGLER BEACH Flagler Beach City Commissioners Tuesday unanimously approved extending the city s coronavirus state of emergency, which was set to expire Feb. 27, for an additional 60 days.
Commissioners also approved extending the requirement to wear face coverings inside city facilities during Tuesday s regular me.
During public comment, Flagler Beach Police Chief Matthew Doughney shared his support in favor of requiring facial coverings. He told commissioners he was also speaking on behalf of Flagler Beach Fire Chief Robert Pace, who was unable to attend Tuesday s meeting, as the safety officers for the city.
