Hampden Medical Center gets township OK on its land development plan for 3-story office building, garage Updated Apr 04, 2021; The Hampden Township Board of Commissioners on Thursday night approved a final land development plan for Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center - Phase 2A, located at Wentworth Corporate Center on one lot, 43.941 acres. The plan calls for a three-story medical office building and a four-story garage. The commissioners also approved a final subdivision and land development plan for 3820-3900 Market Street. It will consist of three lots covering 2.81 acres. The plan calls for three office buildings with a total of 11,250 square feet.

Hampden Twp. names commissioner to fill vacancy Updated Feb 28, 2021; A total of 18 individuals expressed interest in the opening, board president John V. Thomas said. She is a member of the township’s planning commission and veterans recognition committee. The latter matches her background, which includes U.S. Marine Corps’ Officer Basic School in Quantico, Virginia. A Marine veteran, her final rank was captain. She also previously worked for PennDOT, where she helped to provide research, training and technical support to more than 2,600 local governments on fiscal management, project design and contract management. Among her accolades there were: Federal Highway Administration “Strive for Excellence Team Award”
