Related to specific cases especially around Domestic Violence and language access. But i have a lot of questions like when the use of force policy changed, how did that impact what cases were coming through dpa. That sort of thing. So mediation again weve talked a lot about how director henderson expanded the mediation program. We want to increase the amount of mediations we do in cases that are appropriate. We think that one of dpas overarching goals is to help bridge the gap between the community and sfpd. When we presented my comment was use the force right . Like we might be able to help in those one on one interactions where a Community Member just needs to be heard. So i dont want to still share an ugly but i will say we have been increasing mediations and we want to keep doing that. We want to strengthen partnership and relationships with Law Enforcement through the mediation program, obviously most officers arent thrilled to come to dpa for an investigation, right . But i have
See anything. Because thats what she was there for she came for this examination. She couldnt see why she didnt see this thing she made up in her mind and when i suddenly shouted at her, what are you doing, she said medication. So that was the thing that set her off. And we all know what happens when there are nurses who engage in their own practices. There was one who was caught after 300 deaths many are never caught. There must be many people who become ill or die because of people like this running around. And until that nurse and the administrate administerrer at the jewish home are out of the field i will never give up on this subject. Is this something is department is aware of . I would invite you to speak with a representative from sfpd. Well follow up. Im not aware of that case, but we will follow up. Thank you. Have a good evening maam. Good evening commissioners. Technology. Were you able to bring that to the senate . Such as data privacy and things like that. Guest indeed. I have about those issues with me. You know, peter, we last visited when i was finishing work on the [inaudible] act which was the reauthorization of the fcc which is not been done since 1990 and then of course the mobile bill and the precision agriculture bill and some of those components that really are foundational items and in our internet ecosystem so getting those provisions finished was important and then bringing that knowledge and expertise to the senate where we are dealing with the privacy and Data Security of data issues not only commerce but Judiciary Committee. One thing i have found so interesting about being in the senate is how you take one issue and work across platform on it. Im also on Armed Services committee and the Veterans Committee and at veterans we are working to get everybodys records in the cloud. We are doing the same thing at Armed Services so

So the responsiveness of their teams were amazing. I want to thank all of their teams because every week we had an issue, whether it was the veterinarian or people getting dirt in their driveway and couldnt park their car. Park driveway, this is all things that they really stepped up. I put 75k into budget so we could do a Pilot Programme called curb management. And this something i would think about because barbara, i dont know where barbara is from the neighborhood, she would tell me everyday when i walked by her house how we had people parking in her driveway or doubleparking to run in and get the ubers and stuff to get the food from the merchants. We said, how can we solve these issues . They said, parking is so horrible here. I heard that, no [ laughter ] with these parking, so really having to look at creatively looking at curb management, so were in the process of right now of actually having a Community Engagement of this curb management and how do we make it easier for people
