Bullets people of puerto rico to know that we are 100 percent behind them. We always have been and we always will be. [applause]. We will on the first plane that went puerto rico after hurricane maria. We will be going back to puerto rico with new yorkers once again to help them and i am proud of that. [applause]. These are frightening times and what we see going on with iran and the possible ramifications of that escalating conflict.
