To public benefits, so i am sad we wont have a huge future at all working together, but i enjoyed my small time. You made a major contribution to the organization and i wish you very well. The very best in your future endeavours. Thank you so much, director. Its been a pleasure working with you. Thank you, director. Do i have any other members . Madam secretary . Vice chair gee. Thank you, chair. Mark, im going to go a little bit different and stay away from the engineering terms. But one of the things in the business that were all in of delivering projects, particularly projects of the magnitude youve been a part of, is what i tell my staff and my teams. Every project that you do you leave a part of you in that project because youre passionate, youre committed, youre delivering. You cannot be passionate and deliver a project without dedicating yourself to it, whether its saturday, sundays, going to cac meetings at night. You give of yourself. So i want to thank you, especially i want

The final reminder to all callers on the line, dial star 3 now if you want to join specific comment. We will wait three more seconds and close Public Comment. Im seeing one caller with a hand raised and you hear a moment of silence as that caller is elevated. Hello, commissioners, my name is inaudible . Welcome, caller. My name is Richard Rothman and i dont know if you remember me but last year i had a lot of trouble with delta dental telling me different stories of what is covered under the smile program and what is not. How do we know this information is correct from delta dental . You know, when i dealt with them, the representative kept telling me different stories. Its covered, its not covered. Its covered. Question. You can assume that once the building is developed, is becomes the responsibility of h. S. H. In that way. Supervisor haney h. S. H. Is tracking and managing vacancies and placements for these mocd portfolio buildings as well . Last thing just for h. S. H. , just so im clear on next steps. We talked about determining common language to use around vacancies. One system, the advisory group. Are there other key next steps that you sort of at a high level, to address this in the next three to six months . What sort of the immediate next steps that you would say . I think you got most of them supervisor haney. In the immediate shortterm, we have a plan related to the hotel and those who already been assessed to do what we know doesnt fix the problem but can drive down vacancy rapidly. I know we want to enjoy ourselves. But its up to us to make a difference. Today, i want to really talk about our budget and the proposed budget thats working its way through the legislative process as we speak. So lets look at exactly what it

We are hearing from supervisor yee and mandelman that they are opposed to layoffs but open to putting money in the second year on reserve. Excuse me, you are on mute. I am definitely open to putting 7 million on reserve for the second year. Again, it is hard for me at this point. Not an impossibility without knowing the officers it is an issue now. What you are hearing there is an appetite to put money the second year on reserve, not for layoffs. Chief, what you have heard now is that what we are saying is that we are thinking a substantial amount of money on reserve the second year. This committee is opposed to the layoffs. If we put reserves amount of money on the second year, colleagues, we would put it in budget and finance reserve, is that correct. Yes, that is. I think we have a proposal on the table. We are looking at superviso
