When the roof started to collapse they retreated and attacked the fire defensively from the outside. The challenge going into a furniture shop it is a very large building. It is complex in nature. In the building they had a lot of obstacles as they went into the building. There is a lot of combustibles. A heavy fire load. The fire rapidly expanded. They had to pull back.
