Shooting. Deputies arrested 21 yearold Reed Skenandore skenandore last night at a motel on south carson street. They say witnesses identified skenandore skenandore as pulling the trigger at 18year old grant watkins. Skenandore skenandore is being held without bail. Detectives believe watkins was shot while trying to sell drugs to skenandore skenandore and two other suspects. Investigators believe all suspects who are a danger to the community have been arrested. Sparks police are looking for whoever fired several shots near an apartment complext this morning.
