Going to be both jewish people of color. Its not exclusively white, but it is what we projected as to us in the United States. Some of it is so important, which is so complex. So complex in north america and really the United States context. When we talk about something about oscar normative that says there is a way in which we kind of suddenly aspire to something. I if cn a jewish context about, i know its a complex question, but what does it mean then in our own context to assimilate to something that is perceived as normative, that we are seeing is completely normative. And a jewish person of color is a just a person of a particular skin color who happens to want to assimilate into and asking isaac normative jewish life. There is a lot of plexaderm to that. Thank you for and drop inviting us to this conversation. Weve been around for about 19 months. We have three areas of focus. First of all we run the only full topic fund focus specifically on jewish people of color. We are interested in funding Leadership Development grassroots building and knowledge making. Developing kind of new ideas and concepts in organizations. Leadership organizations for the Jewish Community. Advocating for those of color. The second thing we had the privilege of doing is conducting research for the entire National Jewish community system. So in the last 18 months we conducted a study called consistencies with stanford university. Is a demographic analysis of the United States. And the third thing we do is education the community. Is such a privilege. We get to work with fellowships and Leadership Teams and boards. With influencers in the ecosystem and theres an idea of helping to understand theres a Multiracial Community becoming even more multiracial. So we n

The e. V. Readiness would cover some of those properties that you mentioned that are in the planning or entitlement or yet to be built phase. So when theyre built, they will be e. V. Ready. That will take care of all New Buildings going forward. The existing multifamily unit dwellings, thats still a challenge. We started with the e. V. Readiness ordinance. Were now working on this initiative for private sector garages. Weve done the same for our municipal garages. So that is a bit of the next frontier. Its something weve been looking at, but its challenging from a infrastructure and cost perspective, but its still something were working on.
