The car had been pushed down an embankment off the Colonial Parkway In Virginia. The women were bound with rope and strangled. Cathy’s throat was slit so deep that she was nearly decapitated. Dowski, 21, was found in the backseat of the car while Cathy, 27, was stuffed into the hatchback.
