Reporter a chaotic scene in richmond were a suspect accused of kidnapping and beating a woman was killed after a wild chase from oakland and a barrage of police gunfire. There were cops all the way down this way, the cop car that looked like it had been hit. Reporter the suspect pointed a gun at them. Richmond and Oakland Police opened fire.
