The incident occurred early today on folsom drive. Antioch police say, the man timothy Sean Randolph was shot as he ran into an open garage, while officers were trying to detain him. A witness tells kron 4. Randolph was unarmed. Put your hands down a. Dont move. He did not comply said they shot him. I did not see him with a vote weapon but they all had their weapons pointed at him. They were ordering him to put their hands where they could see them. I saw him turn around and he would not stop so they shot him. Randolph was airlifted to a local hospital. His condition is unknown. Antioch police say, he has an extensive criminal history.
