An answer tonight . Well, actually they are not disputed. They are provisional ballots. They are ballots people fill out when they go to the polling place and their name is not there. They fill out the ballot and people are coming in to face to have their ballot counted. Only 159 of those 500 came in and we may see about, maybe 300 of them counted. Take a look inside at the room where its all going to happen. Its filled with lots of media. They will be moving in three different optical scanning machines for the three different congressional precincts. Thats how they count these votes. The ballots that are accepted will be put into those three different machines and well know how those people voted. It has been quite a drive, quite a push to get these ballots counted.
