Man accused of throwing water bottle at Kyrie Irving pleads not guilty, must stay away from TD Garden Chris Cwik
The man who allegedly threw a water bottle at Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving has pleaded not guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon Wednesday, according to CBS Boston.
Cole Buckley, who is accused of throwing a water bottle at Irving during Sunday s game, was ordered to stay away from TD Garden by a Boston Municipal Court judge.
Buckley, 21, did not speak to reporters outside the courthouse.
