COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â Work is underway for the Coldwater High School Interact Clubâs downtown mural.
Local muralist Kimber Thompson of Marshall began painting the mural Wednesday evening. She expects the work to take two weeks.
The Interact Club partnered with John Fulmer of State Farm Insurance, and will be using the wall of his building on South Hanchett Street for the mural.
The club has been working for over a year to raise funds for the project.
Thompson also painted the mural at the Splash Park in Coldwater and the downtown mural in Marshall.

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â The Coldwater High School Interact Club will begin work on their downtown mural in July.
Club Advisor Sarah Davis said on Friday they have partnered with John Fulmer at State Farm Insurance and will be using his wall at 55 West Chicago which is at the corner with South Hanchett for the mural.
The club has been working for over a year to raise funds for this project.
Davis says they have contracted local muralist Kimber Thompson of Marshall to paint the mural. She painted the mural at the Splash Park in Coldwater and the downtown mural in Marshall.
