The house will first debate two articles of impeachment against mr. Trump abusing his power and obstructing congress in a scheme to lure ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election. Mr. Trump could be only the third president to be impeached. Protesters rallied against the president in dozens of cities across the nation last night. [ chants ] some protesters in philadelphia held up lights that spelled out impeachment.
