Second floor rear bedroom apartment window, shot, they say, by a 41 year old man who lives here, well, it turns out, that 41 year old shares the apartment with his 20 year old daughter. And police say the victim was her boyfriend. That victim was confronted by the womans father, in the second floor bedroom, police say, there was possibly a struggle, then the victim shot in the head. He was taken to torresdale hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police say the initial report for this incident came in as a home intruder. So a lot still needs to be sorted out. The 41 year old called 911, and has since been taken to northeast detective for questioning as a witness along with his 20 year old daughter, were told, that 20 year old daughter was also in a different bedroom when all of this was happening.
