As you work your way along the coastline, the temperatures in the 60s now pretty comfortable and southern parts of still 78 degrees warm in millbrae. 78 also in burlingame. 84 in belmont and 84 for our friends in san carlos, moon bay, youre still checking in with a warm number there. 82, how about san gregorio . 72 degrees there about 82 right now in 84 degrees in los altos hills, 91 and hot in sunnyvale. The temperatures very hot in parts of the south bay today. It will be that way again for tomorrow, too. Castle valley looking at 90 degrees right now, 81 and stanley and on 85 degrees in hayward. 84 in dublin. How about 89 degrees in denver right now . 18 braga 81 in oakland. We were going over plays and coach would bring us in and draw up something on the whiteboard and i had trouble focusing on what he was saying, what he was drawing out. Id get into the game and id be like, uhoh, whatd he say . Or whatd he do . So thats definitely added a negative impact on my play. So does that mean that athletes like brian should avoid playing sports . Not at all, say medical experts. A lot of studies have actually shown that participation in sports can help alleviate some of the symptoms of adhd. Kind of being on the field, being, getting rid of some of that extra energy that they have.
