Coca-Cola Mexico is making a big investment of $133 million in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, to expand its production of dairy and juice products at their Jugos del Valle-Santa Clara plant. In partnership with the government of Jalisco, the expansion is expected to create around 350 in-house jobs and employ 1,200 contract employees.
