It is a 14. 5 wage followed by 5 the year after and 3. 5 to 4 in year three, depending on the budget scenario. Its not meeting the unions original ask, but it is terms they are happy with. We would have preferred to settle where we were at, as im sure the city manager and council would settle where they were at. Zach the unions are happy with the agreement, the mayor is not. He says he appreciates the work the unions are doing, but the city cannot afford the increases. They did their job.
