We obviously have to have the requisite number of members here. So, until such time as we have a quorum, we will move to our scheduled full Committee Hearing on infrastructure permitting. If we are able to get the quorum of 12, we will take up the business meeting at that point in time. I would anticipate that it would be relatively quick.
