Right now Tropical Storm arthur is spinning off the florida coast and it has the potential to strengthen to a hurricane in the next 36 hours. Nbc meteorologist bill karins is tracking this storm. So many are trying to figure out should they go to the beaches, do their vacation plans, millions up the east coast, this is a glancing blow for most areas and most people probably have one day they wont be allowed in the water because of the rip currents and large surf.
