A special Zoom meeting of Wicklow County Council was held on Monday in order to get through a build-up of some 17 notice of motions, some of which date back to over a year ago.
Cllr Crean s notice of motion was from January 7 of last year and stated: That this council recognises the phenomenon of protests outside medical centres in Ireland and the need to ensure that women can access healthcare services safely.
