Rescuers were able to free him but it took about four hours. If you take a look at this video around 6 00 the cement truck was driving down the street and struck low wires when the wires came down as well as that utility pole. Those were live wires that landed on the truck trapping the driver in the cab for several hours. Crews had to come to the scene and shut down power and work to free the driver. We can say thankfully the driver was freed about a half an hour ago. The work still continues and employees tell me itll be continuing for some time. They estimate power will not be back on in the neighborhood until tomorrow morning. Thankfully we can say everybody is okay here. Thank you. This developing story.
