IDAHO FALLS A bouncer at an Idaho Falls bar will spend two weeks in jail after shoving a patron and causing him to hit his head.
Blake Clifford Cox, 45, received the jail sentence and a year of probation from Magistrate Judge Kent Gauchay on April 22, after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of battery and disturbing the peace.
Prosecutors initially charged Cox with felony aggravated battery, but as part of a plea agreement, obtained by EastIdahoNews.com, Cox agreed to plead guilty to the misdemeanor charges.
