Tonight. Parents of a Sheffield Lake student are suing the board over its drug testing policy. This mom says her son wasnt allowed to participate after they signed the consent form last year. She says she feels the policy violates their constitutional rights. If there is suspicion that somebodys doing drugs and you have reasonable cause to believe that somebody is doing drugs, i dont have a problem with it. But youre the way that suspicionless.
