Already this morning were seeing a few delays on airport line train 405 about 15 minutes Paoli Thorndale line train 1512 has delays of about 11 minutes and dont forget throws new schedules, yet more new schedules took effect on five of the lines yesterday but throughout the day even with that added service we still saw delays. But might it be summertime volume here on 95. So far no big delays this morning as you come southbound passing allegheny avenue in toward the vine street expressway. Vine itself starting to stack here on the westbound side. This delay has been coming and going approaching the schuylkill. Right now its in full effect in those westbound lanes and the vine does close again overnight tonight starting at 11 00 for construction. In kensington we have a vehicle fire this morning along firth near gall. Huntingdon street an alternate around that and theres still some overnight work on the northeast extension both ways between lansdale and midcounty. Additionally, as you come southbound just south of lansdale theres a chair in the roadway taking out the right lane. So its an Obstacle Course on the northeast extension. Reporter police say watson then tried to strike officer davis on the head with a rock. Other officers responded. A detective was hit in the chest during the scuffle and broke his sternum. The three males then started to ransack his house, his bedroom, his living room, went through several drawers and closets. They took 800 cash. They took some medicine. Then youre on the brakes again from the blue route into the conshohocken curve. Then again farther east from the boulevard into girard so its that sort of stop and go situation that we often see on the schuylkill expressway. A lot of speeds in the 30s even less on 95 southbound, a lot of speeds there in the 20s now. 26 by cottman. 21 by allegheny avenue. And dont forget close to rittenhouse pine street is blocked between 19th and 18th until friday afternoon for some construction. So lombard one possible alternate around that. Also still have some overnight construction thats going on on 422 eastbound between sanatoga and royersford. That should be cleared out within the next 15 minutes or so and at this point theres not a big delay but there is a new crash in lower salford. Its along main street 63 at moorewood road by the energy station and starting to see yell oh on the southbound side of 476 the northeast extension. Theres a crash south of the lansdale interchange take out the right lane. Earlier we had the chair in there road and we still have overnight construction too so its a bunch of issues on the northeast extension at this point a southbound accident definitely causing some slowing. New construction gets under way today in Bristol Township bucks county a widening project along 413 southbound at 13. The right lane going to be blocked seven phil three through thuntil threethrough thf hopkins road is closed through the end of the month from 8 00 until 4 00. Chambers rock road gets you around that one. Tam. A driver hit a pedestrian in Atlantic City and left that person for dead. The fatal hit and run happened right in front of a jitney on north Martin Luther king boulevard near mckin he lee avenue last night. Police are talking to witnesses trying to get a description of the striking vehicle. Theres been another legal defeat for bill cosby. A federal judge in philadelphia struck a major part of a lawsuit that the comedian has filed against andrea constand. Shes the woman hes accused of drugging and sexually assaulting. The suit sought to recover the money cosby played to constand to settle their civil lawsuit because she later spoke to police about the case.
