SLAUGHTER - A couple accused of letting their daughter rot away on a couch is once again facing murder charges after a judge threw out their original indictment.

A grand jury indicted Sheila and Clay Fletcher in May for second-degree murder. They're both accused of not getting any help for Lacey Fletcher, 36, and leaving her for years on a filthy sofa at their home in Slaughter.
