The Clarksville Arts & Heritage Council is partnering with the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts at APSU and the Tennessee Arts Commission to once again bring acclaimed authors to town for the 19th Annual Clarksville Writers Conference, including keynote speaker and novelist Susan Beckham Zurenda.
