Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 15) Five of the 11 respondents tagged in the death of flight attendant Christine Dacera will soon go after their accusers.
Lawyer Mike Santiago said it’s time for his clients – Clark Rapinan, Gregorio de Guzman, Rommel Galido, Alain Chen, and JP Dela Serna – to go on the offensive.
“Lagi na lang kami depensa nang depensa. Pwede na siguro…. They’re challenging our clients bakit hindi nagsasampa ng kaso. It’s a wake-up call,” Santiago pointed out in a press conference.

January 29, 2021 THE family of Christine Dacera has rejected the medico-legal report of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Crime Laboratory that says the 23-year-old flight attendant died of natural causes.
Lawyer Roger Reyes, spokesperson of the family, said the medico-legal examination report is only an “opinion” based on the medico-legal examination first conducted on Dacera’s body a day after her death and after she was embalmed.
The report dated January 11, 2021 was submitted by the PNP to the Makati Prosecutor’s Office during the preliminary investigation on Wednesday, January 28, 2021.
Reyes noted that Dacera was laid to rest on January 10, 2021 in General Santos City.

Are they milking their newfound popularity or are they out to establish a career as celebrities?
This is what some people are asking after several of the accused in the wildly popular Christine Dacera case, namely Valentine Rosales, JP Dela Serna, Clark Rapinan, Gigo De Guzman, and Rommel Galido, made public their YouTube channel, Fund The Truth, on Jan. 17.
Although a lot of those who commented on the channel, which now has four videos, all of which have already gained more than a thousand views, were all about the case, there are those who are seemingly only too eager to push a different agenda.

NBI Deputy Director Ferdinand Lavin said in a text message on Thursday, Jan. 14, those who have already appeared before NBI investigators were “12 from Room 2207.”
It has been learned that Dacera rented with her friends Room 2209 of the City Garden Grand Hotel to celebrate the new year and that they mingled also with occupants of Room 2207.
Dacera was found unconscious last Jan. 1 in the bath tub of Room 2209 of the hotel that she rented with her friends to celebrate the new year.
She was rushed to the Makati Medical Center but was declared dead on arrival.
Lavin said investigators have also invited the men who stayed with Dacera at Room 2209.
